As each piece is made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order customisations and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Contact us at contact@vokchoi.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
