All orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking. A signature is required upon delivery.
France & European Union
Complimentary insured delivery is offered on orders of €400 or more. Shipping rates for orders below €400 are calculated at checkout.
International Delivery
International shipping rates are calculated according to the destination. Complimentary insured express delivery is offered on all jewellery orders over €1,000.

Exceptional & Bespoke Pieces
Delivery for exceptional pieces and bespoke commissions is arranged individually through a specialist secure service. Any applicable delivery costs will be included in the final quotation.
Import duties and local taxes may apply to orders delivered outside the European Union and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
All VOKCHOI jewellery is handmade.
As each item is custom-made according to the customer's specifications or preferences, including size and colour, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.
If you believe your item is defective or you have any concerns regarding the size, please contact our Customer Service via My Page or Q&A within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return requirements
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
Please note that the items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our workshop.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your postage receipt until your return has been processed.
Any item returned in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Inspection and refund
Once we receive your returned parcel, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
